Custom webhook integration between HubSpot Payments and Thinkific API. On payment, the system automatically creates a Thinkific account, enrolls the student in the correct course bundle, triggers a branded welcome email sequence, and logs everything back in HubSpot CRM.
Students had to purchase on Shopify and manually request access to Thinkific courses.
The client sold physical products AND courses on Shopify, but Thinkific was a completely separate platform. Students had to complete purchase on Shopify, then email the team to get their Thinkific access — sometimes waiting 24+ hours. This caused massive drop-off and frustration.
Shopify-Thinkific bridge using Shopify webhooks + Thinkific enrollment API. When a course product is purchased on Shopify, Thinkific auto-enrolls the student and sends access credentials instantly. Also built a unified "My Learning" page inside the Shopify store.
